1. Service Description
ConvertMyTapes.org provides local digitizing services for analog media formats (e.g., VHS, MiniDV). All conversions are performed in-person—no mail-in required.

2. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure tapes are in playable condition.

Provide accurate contact and appointment information.

3. Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing tape degradation or defects.

We do not guarantee restoration of poor-quality footage.

Converted files are delivered “as-is” unless editing services are explicitly requested.

4. Turnaround Time
Standard turnaround is 2 business days. Rush services may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property
Customers retain full rights to their original content. ConvertMyTapes.org does not claim ownership or reuse any footage.

6. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service. Accepted methods include cash, credit card, and secure digital payment platforms.​

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
